    What We Offer

    Iyengar Yoga

    Movement to Begin

Iyengar Yoga is an age-old traditional and well-practiced form of yoga that is a great precursor to other forms of Yoga. Time and attention are spent on Postural correction, Alignment, and Precision of the Asana. Using the concept of Anyone Can Cook, Iyengar believes that alignment is more important than blindly gaining flexibility. Yoga is meant for one and all. Done in an authentic manner, Iyengar has proven to be injury free once the understanding of giving priority to precision, sets into our system.

    Kinetics & Core Control

    Movement to Begin

Kinetics is meant for those who believe they cant workout due to an injury or imbalance. That window of people who are ‘stuck’ and find themselves without a direction where their bodies are concerned. The workout is conducted with a therapist, who is also well versed in several movements works. Primarily by Dr. Neha Kothari, the founder of Seventh Sense. This creates a bridge between the medical world and the world of Movement and exercise, hence reducing the state of turmoil the patient is generally put through when they have to make their own decisions and choices.

    Ashtanga Yoga

    Movement to Challange

The flow of the session is gentle and wakeful. The sessions will touch upon the basic yoga asanas blending into the intermediate level. It is an integrated form of yoga covering different styles of yoga (Hatha-Vinyasa-Ashtanga) & the patanjali yoga sutra & the vedantic philosophy.

    Yoga Blend

    Movement to Challenge

In addition to the benefits of an improved range of motion and circulation and decreased back pain, opening the hips can create an energetic shift or release as well. Yogic tradition holds the hips as a storage ground for negative feelings and pent-up emotions, especially ones related to control in our lives. So the practice of poses that include weight bearing on the arms is a good idea to help prevent osteoporosis as well as to build upper body strength. In addition, practicing any balance pose, including arm balances, helps strengthen the balance reflexes and prevent falls.

Awareness Through the Body is a comprehensive curriculum of exercises that aims to raise awareness and enable children – and adults as well – to become conscious of their own perceptions and abilities so that they may become self-aware, self-directed individuals. The activities are creative and often fun. The programme works by first bringing the individual into a state of receptivity in which he can better “listen” to the many and varied inputs he is continuously receiving from both his inner and outer world. The exercises then allow him to gradually discover the complex amalgam of which he is made and to find the tools to manage this complexity effectively.
