Yoga is a step towards the quiet Self, an exploration of our own inner realities.
Yoga with Awareness is the hour you spend inside your body exploring your abilities, inhibitions and sense of being. The breath is synchronized with the movement and the movement is synchronized with the mind.
This session is an hour of conscious living through the body where we work on flexibility and strength in an integrated yogic approach. It is a traditional hatha yoga session that also combines elements of different styles of yoga.
