Monday –Yoga Alignment –
With special emphasis on alignment, we move through an opening meditation, breath awareness, and practice of yoga asanas (poses) for the whole body, ultimately relaxing into savasana (corpse pose) to achieve deep relaxation.
Friday – Vinyasa Yoga Flow –
Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterised by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow yoga”, it is sometimes confused with “power yoga. Vinyasa classes offers a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike.
